Since Evo made the world and Nothingness is the balancing factor, Nothigness should be somewhat equal to Evo in abilities. The world tries to achieve perfection. It's almost got it, but since making something so perfect is tipping the universal balance, Nothingness acts as a counter-force.

Setting - Laws of physics tend to fail there, and things are in a way that is just impossible in other places. Gravity would still work, but if you throw a pebble hard enough it's reach escape velocity really easily and fall into the sky, and etc. As you move farther and farther away from the way you got there, things unravel.
