Tsukihime: Mirror Moon and Revolve Translations are entering final insertion and beta-testing for a translation patch.

Tsukihime Plus Period: None.

Kagetsu Tohya: Some. No patch for the game, though. Certain parts are translated on Moonlit World and Beast's Lair, though.

Melty Blood: None yet. Revolve Translations had a preliminary patch, but stopped to work on Tsukihime. Melty Blood is currently being translated by Beast's Lair's own Ryuusoul, though!

Fate/stay night: Demo only. Insani translated the demo for the game. New Life Anime was attempted to do it, but the group has since exploded vanished.

Fate/hollow ataraxia: None. Arai has translated several parts of it on Beast's Lair, however.

...yes. Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya, Fate/stay night, and Fate/hollow ataraxia are H-games. You should know, though that there isn't too much hentai in these games. Most people care about the story or the characters, not the hentai.
